Hauled Right Equine Transport will not be held responsible for any conditions: (Illness/Injury/Time Delays/Tack loss etc) incurred before, during, or after transport or layover of my livestock.

Health papers, veterinary care, livestock insurance or any added expense for the comfort and safety of my livestock will also be my sole responsibility.

• If a deposit was taken at confirmation of booking I understand that by canceling within 10 days of scheduled pick up will result in a 25 percent non refundable deposit fee.

My horse(s) will be released from transporters after my transport fee is paid in full.

 

I understand that pickup and delivery hours are from 6 am to midnight and that the transporter will be paid $20 per hour to wait for pickup or delivery of my horse if I am not at the designated location at the designated time of pick up or delivery.

I will be responsible for all collection fees upon default of payment.

It is agreed that this contract has been made in Elmore County, State of Idaho, and any questions concerning interpretation or performance of this contract or rights of parties involved shall be governed and resolved according to and within the laws of Elmore County, State of Idaho.
