I was extremely worried about sending our horse Turbo from Bolingbrook,(outside of Chicago)Illinois to Tucson,Arizona. Lisa from the office was very professional and answered all my questions honestly with deep concern for our horse. When the dreaded day came the truck arrived extremely clean with Frenchie/Connie as drivers. They put my mind at ease as they gave me their cell phone numbers to check on our boy. When the moment came with tears in my eyes to hand over my lead rope to them--I just knew he'd have the best of care. He loaded the first try, Frenchie let me give him one last treat as she closed the doors. Turbo's long cross country trip had begun with very competent,caring people who know horses extremely well! Turbo had some R&R in Colorado Springs before switching trucks to Linda/Walt's care for the remaining leg of his trip to Tucson! Lisa called our contact the day of delivery and gave us a 2 hour timeframe for Turbo's arrival. Linda and Walt arrived on time, exceptional, caring people with Turbo in great shape other than having rolled in the dirt on his R & R in Colorado which I'm sure he enjoyed. Everyone involved in Turbo's move was exceptional and I would not hesitate to use Hauled Wright again in the future. The prices were the best and the care was beyond exceptional! My horse, Willow was picked up by Frenchie in Florida and transported to Virginia. Frenchie was very quiet and competent handling the horses that she was trailering. She gave my horse time to look around before she asked her to go on the trailer. I was quite impressed with the way she handled her. Frenchie was great about keeping in touch with me and letting me know the time she was arriving to pick Willow up and calling my girls and letting them know when she was going to arrive in VA. I talked to the stable manager at the barn in Virgina and he told me Willow arrived in great shape from her trip. He was also impressed with Frenchie and what good care she gave my horse. Thank you so much Frenchie, it gave me such a piece of mind knowing there was a good, knowledgeable person taking care of my horse on her trip up North. I will definately call you again. This is my second horse hauled by Hauled Right almost exactly one year apart.. and again another great haul for my new horse. Lisa kept me up to date on my horses progress & Frenchie picked up our new stallion in Mississippi & brought him here to Arizona! Dear Lisa; Kado arrived here just fine, he didnt look too tired, he was in good shape other than a little underweight, which i was aware of. I wanted to comment on our driver, and the trailer she had. It was all rubber from approx. the hips down making it a much safer space for all the horses to travel in, she also had an abundant amount of clean shavings in the stalls to prevent slipping. i believe she introduced herself as "Frenchie". She was very polite, personnable, and most noticably, kind and patient with the horses. She still had a yearling on the trailer going to Maine, and it was a little hesitant to unload, but Frenchie took her time, she talked to the yearling very softly and encouraged her to offload safely and quietly. i was very impressed. She walked the yearling, let her graze a little and then cleaned her stall before loading her back in. Frenchie stayed and chatted with us and cleaned her trailer, it was an absolute joy to have her hauling my horse. Again i want to thank you, your team and staff for making this delivery a much better experience for me. I would and WILL recommend Hauled Right and especially Frenchie to anyone i can that is interested in hauling a horse. Thanks so much and please personnally THANK Frenchie for me, she was awesome!!! I just wanted to take a minute and let you know just how grateful I am that my “Sweetie” arrived here in Delaware safely. I couldn’t have asked for a more courteous, patient team of people to tend to my mare. I must admit that I was a little concerned with her lack of trailer experience and the distance of 3000 miles that she was set to travel, but your team was competent and put my mind at ease. As horse owners we all hear horror stories of horse transporters, etc, but your team blew me out of the water when “Sweetie” arrived in perfect health and high spirits. I just had a miniature mare delivered to Missouri, from Georgia, and this was the best experience I've had with a shipper! I was given, not just a date of delivery, but a TIME! They called me the day before to tell me they were running AHEAD of schedule, and arrived right on time! I was impressed with the equipment, and the driver! Our new AQHA mares just arrived in Oregon, all the way from Virginia. Both mares were very quiet and in excellent shape despite the long distance. I will use Hauled Right for all on my equine transportation. I compared them against many transport prices and they were the best price for the value and care they provide. My weanling arrived safe, healthly and happy and I looking forward to them bringing me my new fast barrel horse! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my horses. Frenchie was so nice and she was very concerned for my filly and her cut on her leg. The cut happened before she arrived to pick up the horses and she wanted to make sure she was ok before loading her up. I really appreciate that kind of concern. The trailer was nice and very clean. The horses looked good and didnt seemed stressed at all even though my mare is very pregnant and the filly had never even been handled. These where rescue horses too. Also Thank you for coming through for us after another hauler gave us a horrible experience. This was also last minute and worked out great and was very reasonably priced. I will recommend you to all my horsey frieds.Thank you!!

Hi, Frenchie was here last night and picked up a filly to be delivered to Idaho and I just wanted to say how friendly and knowledgeable her and her driver were.
