HOW TO RESERVE YOUR HORSE'S SPOT
ON THE TRIP
First

or call
us at 866-877-5033 to get a quote. All quotes given are good for
30 days if your needs have been postponed please just double
check your quote again.
If your horse
has any special needs please don't hesitate to let us know- the
more information we have about your horse the easier the
trip will be on him. We will do our best to accommodate
Booking form:
The first step to confirm a trip is to fill out
our booking form. This can be
done on our web site or over the phone with our dispatcher. The
booking form is what will "hold your spot". Once received
the office will send you a conformation email or phone call and
give you information on what happens next.
Deposits:
In most cases a deposit is not required however
Sometimes our office might request a 25 percent
deposit to hold your trip (if hauling multiple horses (3 or
more) The dispatcher will be able to tell you at the time of
your booking if a deposit will be required
The deposit will be NON REFUNDABLE unless cancellation and
prior arrangements have been made and approved in writing by the
office within 10 days prior to pick up of your horse
Payment:
The
balance must be paid upon delivery of the horse.
Payment must be
Cash or credit Card.
If paying with Credit Card this must be in our office for
approval before the horse arrives at its destination.
Drivers will not release a horse or its belongings until
payment in full has been received.
NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS WILL
BE ACCEPTED
Travel requirements:
All
horses must travel with a 'Current Coggins Test' that is less
than a year old, as well as a 'Current Health Certificate'
less than one month old -ALL Original -No copies or faxes
also if leaving from a brand inspection state of course you will
need one of those as well.Your veterinarian will be able to help you with what is
required.
We reserve the right to refuse travel to any horse that appears
to be sick, a danger to itself or other horses on the trailer or

Office Hours:
Office Hours are Monday -Saturday 9-4PMT. However our drivers
are in contact with the dispatcher several times a day as well
as a nightly check in. If you have any questions about a horse
on a current trip or would like an update please leave a
message. Our dispatcher will check these messages during off
hours and make sure someone gets back with you.
As horse owners ourselves we realize how stressful a long
trip can be on us horse owners - the horses seem to
handle it much better then we do :-) So please do not hesitate
to call or email for updates as often as you need to.
Once the trip is underway you can expect to hear from us to keep
you posted on our time frame for both pick - ups and deliveries.
We do our best to give you a 3 hour time window however things
like Weather and Road Conditions can slow us down just a bit. If
there is an anticipated delay you will be notified as soon as
possible. Normal pick up and delivery hours are between 6 am and
midnight. Drivers will call when they are about an hour
out for any specific directions they might need. We will do our
best to work with you and make as convenient as possible,
however with so many different schedules we ask for your
understanding in the case we are not able to meet the exact
time of day that you may request.
